Pricing (including GST) is based on the search and registration disbursements set out below. We reserve the right to charge any actual search and registration costs incurred by us that exceed these amounts:

Sale without mortgage discharge = $12

Sale with mortgage discharge = $102

Purchase without mortgage registration = $108

Purchase with mortgage registration = $204

Refinance = $210

Our fixed fees are based on what we consider to be routine and straightforward transactions. These fees may vary if in our opinion the transaction or preparation of documents is more complex than we might expect.

For example, complexity in a property transaction can arise due to the nature of the property you are purchasing, financing arrangements (apart from the usual bank finance plus Kiwisaver/home start grants), a purchase by a trust or company, or in the case of a dispute. Complexity in preparing documents can arise depending on your circumstances, the circumstances of your family, and your wishes.

We will discuss with you any additional fees that may be incurred prior to commencing work for you. If a matter becomes more complex while we are working on it, we will bring the possibility of additional fees and costs to your attention as soon as we become aware of the complication.
